What Sets Us Apart
Not Just A Facility, Its Home For Young People In Accommodation
- We work in partnership with young people and value the individuality and diversity that they bring to the homes with their thoughts and backgrounds. We feel that everyone has something to learn from their peers.
- We provide high quality residential support for young people from an emergency to a long-term basis. Our homes are set up to foster a positive and supportive environment where service users can thrive.
- Our homes are all domestic in appearance and robust location risk assessments are completed before securing the property for its purpose. Homes are designed with young people at heart, to ensure comfort, safety and accessibility while promoting social interaction and community integration.
- We create a community out of our homes through group activities and we listen and hear the voices of the young people on what they would like to do and how the home should look by asking them in weekly house meetings and keywork sessions about their requirements or ideas. We have a suggestions box with comments/compliments and complaints in each of our homes for young people who may decide not to talk so openly.
Unwavering Commitment To Person Centred Care
- We work closely with service users, their families, Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards to create customised care plans that cater to each person’s specific needs and preferences.
- All of our young people will benefit from a robust support and risk plan that is person-centered and reflects their personalised pathway plan.
- We work closely with the individual’s circle of support to ensure that their support is holistic and reaches their individual agreed outcomes.
- Our support plans are based on a positive behaviour ethos, we always celebrate the positives our young people achieve.
Working With A Team That Genuinely Cares For Your Well-being & Happiness
- Our amazing carers are carefully selected for their kind, empathetic and compassionate personalities to deliver quality care. At Premium Line HCS, being a carer is more than just a job.
- Our carers receive comprehensive training based on working with young people and they are trained on reflective practice. Following any incidents, we collect data, analyse and learn from each incident.
- We follow safer recruitment practices with all new employees and all staff are in receipt of an enhanced DBS check and on the update service.
- Working in our homes require all members of staff to undertake safeguarding training before starting in their role. All managers are trained as safeguarding leads and also have specific training in the areas of FGM, prevent and behaviours that challenge.
As your Preferred Solution For Supported Living Care
- Each care package is based around the needs of the individual. We have hourly rates that reflect the care needs with the set, baseline costs for complex needs.
- Our Semi-independent costs have a baseline cost across the service with a fixed hourly rate.
- Costings are provided at each individual referral and we work closely with commissioners and social workers to ensure that the costs are minimised. We also discuss block contracts with Commissioners so that we are working in unison with local authorities.
